At Beer Drinks Shop, we take pride in the quality of our home brewing products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item you’ve received, we’re here to help make it right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned (see section on non-returnable items below).
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Beer Kit Consumables
- Coloured Malts
- Crushed Malt | Grain
- Crown Corks
- All fermented beverage kits once opened (wine, beer, and cider making kits)
These restrictions are in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions.
Important: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proof of delivery to our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process. Once we receive and process your return, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Address
Please do not ship returns to our business address. All returns must be sent to our warehouse facility using the address provided in your return instructions after receiving an RMA number.
