Shipping Methods, Time & Costs

We ship to most regions globally (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas). Please see the two shipping options available at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: £12.95 (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Beer Drinks Shop, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items for health and safety reasons:

  • Beer Kit Consumables
  • Coloured Malts
  • Crushed Malt | Grain
  • Crown Corks
  • All fermented beverage kits (wine, beer, and cider making kits) once opened or used.

Important: This list includes products from our menu such as ‘Australian Blend Wine Kits’, ‘Beaverdale Kits’, ‘Cider Making Kits’, and others that are used in the fermentation process. For your safety and ours, these items cannot be returned if their packaging has been compromised.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Get Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for your return. Do not send anything without this number.
  3. Pack Securely: Package the item securely in its original packaging. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship to Warehouse: Ship your package to our warehouse facility using the address provided in your instructions. Please do not send returns to our business address.

For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected on your statement.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we receive and process your return, you will be free to place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
