Stocks Farm hops are vacuum packed in silver foil bags to preserve their fresh colour and aromas.
Farm Fresh hops these are dried and packed by the farm keeping the quality as high as possible

Target is a robust hop with an excellent intense aroma, well regarded as an aroma hop for late hopping or dry hopping and used effectively as a bittering hop too.
It has wonderful aromas of sage, pine and citrus and is well regarded by master and craft brewers in the USA and UK.

Hops have been growing at Stocks Farm for over 200 years. The Capper family has been farming them for two generations since they bought the farm in 1962. So hops are in our DNA. All of these hops share the wonderful “terroir” we have here on the farm – a mild maritime climate with even rainfall throughout the year. Oh, and did we mention that that this is one of the most beautiful hop farms in the world? Hops that grow here will give you a natural advantage when it comes to brewing beautiful beer.
