However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. If you receive a product that differs substantially from its description, please contact us immediately.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) but may be converted to your local currency during checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and we send an order confirmation email.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing and local postal services.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Beer Kit Consumables
• Coloured Malts
• Crushed Malt | Grain
• Crown Corks
• All fermented beverage kits (wine, beer, and cider making kits) once opened or used

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Ship the item to our warehouse with the RMA clearly visible

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5.5 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account and placing orders, including correct shipping address and contact details.

6.2 Legal Compliance
